Add a sell items option to private houses

That's not how houses work. If you wona sell things get a "Sell: X,Y,Z" on copy and paste and send it at spawn

Instead I would add that I can sell my house.

I know that the management does not make money like that, so you could pay a management fee to buy a house from a player.

I'm not talking about selling the purchase just made, but the guy's house, which is in a rock in 0.0, who after paying the tax gets full ownership including the name (house of Syor)

I believe the idea is basically along the lines of player marketplace/auction ideas. Of course houses don't work this way now which is why it's in the suggestion section.

that is, a place where I go inside, even one equal for all would suffice (or at most a couple of types of your choice).
Once this is done, the "home" speech could be implemented.

I hadn't seen this post before now.
Beautiful idea to make a personalized home.
Basically you can do craft and storage. Outside the house you will mine, fish etc. etc.
But I saw that they are only proposals. I would like to know more, like maximum dimensions (I don't think they give approval to an 8x8 house), the same price? I already have some nice ideas.
