RETRO RPG-Style

Post by SK1976 »

It would b an awesome improvement for many old players, if u implemnting to choose REAL OLD-Grafic-styles combined with new features.
I hope u know what i mean.

Memorials to the old times.

Let ppls choose their grafic style: RETRO or modern !

Retro Grafics means grafics from beginning in 2013/2014.

Idk it could b realized that feature, but i know many ppls will like it !

I think it would b awesome.

Maybe make it buyable for maybe 2 pets money ! as a month feature !

Pppls can discuss here, and u can choose if u like this idea or not !

On my opinion it will b a nice feature.

Retro-Rpg meats Modern RPG in ft !

I honestly don't understand your request.

FT is currently a game with "dated" graphics and I really like that.

Was the graphics even older years ago? Are you suggesting to revert to the old graphics?

Or to completely remake FT in modern graphics?

I think what might be a nice idea is to post screenshots from 2013/14 to show people what it was like. I'm sure there is another thread where we have examples.

But, SK, don't forget the far fewer features we had back then. Dwarves were very slow, no diagonal walking and archers were king as they could use freeze arrow and melee players couldn't retaliate.

Retro graphics? Maybe. Going back to actual game options. I'm not so sure:)

I'm like Syor I thought what we have here is retro including the ever unchanging off line game. The game design template here is the same as a computer version of the board game Battlemasters which I saw many years ago before 2012. I'd like to see pictures if it was much different than now. ;)

Here is a link with some "then vs now" comparisons. I suppose since that is from around 3 years ago there are yet more comparisons we could make.

Honestly, I played in 2013 and thought it was a pretty crude game without much to do. That was one of the reasons (though certainly not the biggest one) that I put the game on the shelf for a few years.
