Faster targeting

Generally, when clicking a monster we want to target it. I would like left mouse click or normal press to target. Right mouse click or long press will open full menu of options. For pets, left click will whip, right click will open menu to wait, whip, or "free" them.
For players, it should be similar. Left click/tap to target, right click/long tap for other options. If I want to chat or trade or other, there's no rush, so a long press is fine.
In both cases, targeting is more urgent, so it should be faster. Clicking a target a second time would still either untarget or cycle to the next target, as it does now.
