But we can't put this robe again in the shop because they will just slow down macro and then we will be not able to detect them and they will be still abusing it.

It was removed because of some abuses done by Chinese players.
Now instead in shop it will be (after next server restart) dropped by black mage spawned on that map in central position every 15 minutes. The chance for drop is 50%.

Between the pet shop and the big building to the right. Find the middle and then walk north towards the river. He spawns around there.

inot to bring up bad subject but i went to craft a diamond plate for a new player and searched everywhere only to find out i had to stand and wait for 15 mins at a chance to get a robe. there has to be a better solution then this? i read lord seth had a fix was it implemented or do we just tell newplayers to fend for themselves?
