There have been more updates with the mmorpg, so it is overall a larger game. I believe the online version has essentially everything the rpg does and more, with the exception of the other characters that join you. (You can certainly have other players or purchaseable pets join you though.)

So offline and MMORPG have same things but:
in offline i can have NPC team mate
in MMORPG i cant have NPC team mate but there are other players and i can chose a class for my character at game start
it is all right?

That's pretty much it, yes.
Other players in the game for the mmorpg can be great, and at times not so much.
