True, a new account with a high level friend could get you into underground at Silverwood to get one.

If you can check one of your other saved files and see if you can still obtain the item and proceed the quest. If not, Unfortunately this is a big issue that I can not solve. If your account is not too big example level 150 or less your best bet would be to a new character and save it to a different save file and any chest item that is not gear with stats you need to save it and do all quest as you grow.
