If a friend has a global filter set doesn't that also prevent messages as well as general chat? Not the issue for everyone of course, but it could be for some.
Old soldiers never die, they just fade away.

It does not stop messages from friends.
It does not stop trade requests from anyone.
It does not stop Clan invites.
- if you have less then what is required to join a clan - invites never appear

It does block all "white" and "green" chat from people not on your friends list.

الامر ليس بهذه الضخامة لكن إذا أردت أن اتكلم مع رفاقي العرب في اللعبة، لا تشتغل. و بخصوص الوجوه، لا أعرف ما الحل. لكن إذا أراد المصمم، يمكننا استخدام وجوه مثل شيفرات المنتدى... لا أعرف أبدًا... أنا لست مهندس كمبيوتر

وأيضًا، أشكر اهتمام المصمم بالمنشور هذا.
