Is your friend at least level 250? That is needed.

Before speaking with Proditor he needs to speak with an npc on map 1, -2. The npc is around the middle. He says to talk with Proditor.

After Proditor he must talk with the boy npc on map 0, -3. The boy npc is around the bottom-right. He tells you to get the family crest.

The family crest is in a cave on map 4, -1. The cave is towards the bottom in the middle. The cave is blocked.

You need to speak with the woodcutter npc on map 0, 0 close to where you start.

He cant enter the cave
He speak with predators and lost boy we go together
After lost boy speak he no see what the boy say and in quest book no have new quest

Its his problem
