Two cardiac stents and the other artery is "close" to needing one but it has not changed in the 3 years I've had the stents put in. Also why I walk a lot

So "fat" is a no-no. I get to eat lean meat though and the only "lean meat" here is the equivalent of a filet mignon. Sooooooo I don't eat a lot of meat but OH boy when I do. Lots of chicken, I like the breast (makes great empanadas as well) wife and MIL like the rest of the chicken - perfect match. Plus fish a lot of fillets of marlusa ... similar to cod. Good fish.

And salad ... when I make a salad, MIL and my wife don't eat all day! It's a meal!

Now before the stents ... Argentinian Asado ... OH YEA!!!!!!
