Unacceptable griefing of newbies.

Over the past couple days a number of low level players that I'd been helping had been detailing about an outlaw mage who was griefing the players at Silverwood. And I came along to put a stop to it briefly today, several times.

What he does is, spawn massive amounts of spiders and lures to the players at archers. And also their pets. Which he does by killing the guard and dragging the spawn up where they are usually able to safely leave them.

I've reported this, already. But there is far too much of this sort of petty malevolence in game. Can we get some actual punishment for people such as this? New players are much needed for this game and behaviour such as this is cancerous.

That's another matter, frankly this whole mute thing is ridiculous. Particularly, the permanent mute.

In his instance, I'd say being called a scumbag for griefing new players for almost half a day at this spot, is kinder words than he deserved.

On the note of language, this little bully has been doling out insults and been derogatory to everyone who was aggrieved by his actions. That's a good number of players in the past couple days.

It sounds like you've gone through the correct channels and - perhaps stating the obvious - your screenshot shows that he is an outlaw.

Now that's VERY interesting. There are some players who do not like outlaws at all and are acting within the game rules if they choose to attack them.

There are many bad players on ft, and also many good players, this is a thing every game have. Even if we had 100 GM's, people still won't stop from doing this things, sadly. I have also encountered many players that tried to kill my pets or me, and the best I was able to do is to just run away to another spot.

The exception here is that this particular player has spent several hours a day in a
newbie area and deliberately griefing them. Over the two days I had aware of it, Mediv has been camping this spot for 2-6hrs. At this point, a line has to be drawn.

Whiilst, some of those there are not new many, potentially, could have been. It is a cardinal crime for any player to deliberately target and harass newbies in a newbie area especially to the extent to the hours they committed to it.
