Quest NPCs

I'm trying to find the NPCs to give me the "Find Hobbs" and "Missing Son" quests, but I haven't been able to locate them. I'm in Ardesia and have entered all of the buildings that I can, but the only NPCs who I can talk to tell me that they are learning to craft and to come back later. Any advice?

The npc to find Hobbs is in the top left corner. I can't ever seem to recall if it's the actual house in the corner or the one next to it, but check out those two houses. She is on the top floor.

The npc for the missing son is around that area as well. You should definitely check all of the houses and all of the shelves, cabinets, boxes, and so on because there are lots of goodies, but the npc is within a few houses of Hobbs' house.

Left part of town towards the bottom of the houses you can enter.
