Needed items: Level 50
Any ideas what I am missing?
My Level 50 mage can use that staff.

This is not about the MMOG game, it's about the FT-RPG Offline game
At level 49 the City Commander NPC at Martek had a (?) over his head.
At level 50 he nothing had nothing over his head.
