Clan map 0,0 respawn removed pet?

I was trying to enter 1,-4 earlier and was teleported to 0,0. Due to whatever coding put in place to protect the map from campers/ wallhoppers.


However, in this instance one of my premium followers also appear to have be removed in the process of being teleported back.

I did not remove the follower, it was simply gone when I respawned at the start map.
I've have also put forward a report as this is a new and potentially damaging bug to the game.
