Pets vanished along with items

So heres what happened a few minutes ago,
I was adjusting the game effects in settings while grinding lava golems with my (bee)pets at kraken island.
Thought of doing so because i had got a severe lag which crashed the game and kicked me out. So after i logged back on my account i saw i had no pets (had 2 bees and they weren't killed by overspawns). I had 2 bags instead of 4, and i've lost all my gears and important items from those 2 bags. There were no items thrown on the screen either when i logged back in, so i am broken right now.
I request you to kindly look into this and solve the problem asap.
Screenshots attached herewith, and the bug/glitch happened to be few minutes earlier.

once that was happened at german2 (archer)

He lost his sieges as german2 entered 1,-4 map and glitched to startmap.

He lost his sieges.

Idk what date/time it was, but german2 was happy no pets where gone ... only sieges !

But its frusted and german2 not plays anylonger !

Idk if german2 reported it or not ! It was some weeks ago.
There was that situation on many ppls the same those day/week.
