The quest line mentions something about how he can be found in Lost Town. That is map 3.-2. Usually, he spawns near the house above the entrance to the blood mummies. I hope that helps enough!

Lake Town is 3.-1...wander around in farm areas just above the water.

I know Lake Town is from the Hobbit that Smaug sets aflame...just staying with the general misquoting! :lol:

What any of this has to do with Vetus Lector is the bigger question. :o

Lost Town, 3.-2, Lake Village, 3.-1, and Vetus Lector who resides on -2.-1 do not have a connection as far as I know.

But then we know how little I know after my forgetter got hold of it.
