Problem with game

When i change maps running in the world Forgotten Tales the game disconnect. Please help.

It is a common problem. Also going up or down stairs or entering a feature on a map. It seems to happen more at least for me when running like you mentioned. Been a problem for a long time, perhaps it is related to the device we use or wifi connection? I've learned to live with it. Also sometimes the character freezes instead of the game closing, one time I died because of the 11 second count as I was under attack by monsters but couldn't fight back just frozen in place.

yes.
its a device-problem.
On my Lenovo-Tab M10 it crashes a lot if i swap maps or if i come out of a house or shop.
Effekts are still working, but the char not moves.
