the speed of picking is speeded up by buying a pick for every char. Take a pet with you...buy them a pick to...and ALL will pick ))
Its a nice picture if you see that all are picking and stones are running fast

Maybe time them? I'd be disappointed if it's no different.

That's a good idea but I'd have to drop Mithril tools and Great tools to test it.
That's why I asked if anyone "knows" what the speeds are for each type tool.

Only the pick and axe can be used.

Like 10 sec, 7.5 sec and 5 sec?
or
10 strokes, 7.7 strokes and 5 strokes

But that still doesn't tell me the speed difference between each type of tool, Normal, Great or Mithril.

IF there is no speed different between a Normal Axe+1 and a Great Axe+2 or a Mithril Axe+3 why upgrade them?
