This Chinese are using pvp protection all the time so no one can atk them and like that they use autockliler, yesterday I went to check and found oger don't have pvp protection I atk him 7.6k oger am 7.6k same and he has mage with pvp protection its impossible for me to kill him with the mage with him , bc basically the mage with target me and I can't kill him bc he has pvp protection like that I'll go , mage didn't target me and he was just healing every 20 30 sec and bange (oger ) was simply just clicking on 3rd skill every 20 30 sec I was killing him and the mage healing me as well bc he is afk just using autockliler both of them after a while I killed him then after w while the mage log off . I recorded a video but unfortunately they're Soo lucky the video crashed but I had a screenshot after the video didn't work .

Hello GM, first of all, I would like to explain this report. I do not use third-party software, nor do I have AFK, and I have always followed the rules. My PVP level is very poor, and I don't like PVP. I just want to be quiet PVE because he has biases against Chinese players. Therefore, JINNX has come here many times to actively attack and harass me, and excessive pursuit, as well as false reports, violating Rule 7. You can check the log to prove my innocence. Every time he came to attack me, I had seen him already, but I didn't want to pay attention to him. This time I planned to kill him, satisfy him, and hope he would give up in the future, but he sent out false reports and increased the workload of GM. He didn't kill me many times before, so he was angry and sent out false reports, and he always used this to attack the enemy.
Rule 7 can be very complex, and there are many different aspects that need to be considered within this rule. What I also notice, when looking at the bigger picture in order to assess a situation properly, is that there seems to be some form of conflict involving PvP. This is completely normal , however, what is not normal is harassing someone to the point of repeatedly following them across multiple maps.
It has been recommended many times here on the forum , by GMs as well as other players , that if someone wants to play calmly at their own level, they should switch maps. You should not remain static, because the more static you are as a player, the higher the risk of being attacked by enemies or players who enjoy PvP gameplay.
My recommendation is that you change maps frequently. Switch to a map where you minimize the risk of being attacked, that is my best advice. Alternatively, you can log out, wait a bit, and then log in again.
I also want to recommend that you document every instance where someone follows you. If the same player does this more than three or four times in a single day after you have already changed maps, then there is a risk that the other player is breaking Rule 7. > Akkilles 2026-01-17
This player, named JINNX, joined while I was killing Blood Ogres. He attacked me, I attacked back, but then I realized he didn't want to attack me, but rather steal my experience. So I attacked him, and he didn't want PvP. I unchecked him to continue attacking the mobs, and then he hit me and started killing the ogres again, stealing my XP. Akkilles > In a clan warfare tactics , Blocking in this way for a short period of time is allowed outside of clan maps, or on normal maps, but it cannot continue for an entire day or for several hours. I went to the location to check, and I did not see them there. This means they have not been blocking for a full day.
So this situation is acceptable according to Rule 7.
However, if this continues and they block the area for a longer period, such as an entire day with the intention of disturbing you, then you may report it again.

They all say hi or hola then proceed to freeze and kill inside library 3.2. Their class are swordsman and their lvl range are from 30 to 45.
These guys check the library 24/7 and kill everyone. Im pretty sure they are high lvl players bored preventing players to lvl up.

I have reviewed the situation and I can see that these three players did attack you. Based on the information available, it does not appear that they have been camping in that location for several days. They did attack you several times on the same day, but within a short time span. According to Rule 7, this is still acceptable.
However, if this continues for several days, meaning you are unable to complete your quest for an entire week while they remain there, then it would be considered camping.
As things look right now after my investigation, their actions fall within reasonable limits. Therefore, I will not take action at this time. You are welcome to submit another report if the situation becomes worse or if you are unable to complete your quest because of them.
For now, they have not broken any rules.
