Getting tapped with a bolt of lightning should put you in a temporary state or paralysis though.

Currently, melee characters can't pvp kill archers unless the archer doesn't run away. With this skill, at least you can hurt an archer with swordsman.Moonraker wrote:Lightning Strike.

You're right. But hey, what if your build doesn't have DEX? Lol you'll need it. And I think vampires have 100 dex, I'm not sure, I don't really remember the offline
