What is the OFFICIAL rule about Clan map border building

I would like to know the official rule for
placing clan buildings on the borders. Is it simple access ie not get killed right when one enters map OR is there an OFFICIAL distance building should be away from border. I read on another post that buliding should be 3 squares from the border minimum. Is this correct. Someone in authority please let me know. Thank you.

Compbatant programmed a no build zone around border allowing three spaces of safely... it doesn't seem to be working on 100% of the borders yet. Here's the rule: if a player is attacked when entering the map, we remove the building (likely without any refund) ... if you notice that you're able to build closer, consider it a glitch. (If you allow one space instead of three we would probably not destroy it though)

it should be not possible, to build as close at the border, that you face instant death while entering the clan maps.
but from there on, no limits.
if a building is so close, that you die after entering, pls send me screenshot via PM and we have to adjust the limit!

Thank you for the quick answer. I noticed on the south clan map one cannot build within 3 squares now. On the North clan map I can still build down to the very bottom edge. The closest is KGB, has a build 1.5-2 squares from border, they prob need to move it until the fix is done on that one. Thank you. As always combatant does good work.
