cant log in

since system restart when i try to login on characyer named "yogre" says no such user....however the nname is still in clan halo but i cannot log in under this name

i checked logs and passwords. seems to be your char.
then i logged into it, but without any problem. orc skin, in mage tower... maybe, ensure, that you used the right spelling? and check password again. if the problem persists for you, please send a PM to me

everything was fine after this i did check i usu assume is smt simple in most cases..either way thanks for cheking and we are ok now. smt phones place spaces in front could have been that cause all other characcters we good.
i am thankful for quick response that is great feature about FT, appreciate the community being for us when needed

sometimes, you wonder why all is working fine and player complained. but behind the scence, creator is working

I've got the same problem. I can't log in to my character "Wyborn". The game returns "no such user" and I've tried on two devices. Thanks i advance for any help!

wyborn has said to me it displays message no such character.. message i got was no such user....possible he was deleted in batch with stolen sack quest. this is strange to.me tho cuz i habe been wth wyborn a number of times for hours in library he seemed to lvl as normal had my mage healing him for constant hp for hours. Could be i am not in the know but wyborn doesnt seem the type to abuse quest i hope there is reasonable explanation. further example of something strange is it still shows wyborn in clan if there is no such character how is it he still in our clan. please advise wyborn is good guy and i would hate to jeopardize losing a good member. i have advised him i had same problem and FT staff did excellent job restoring my faith i believe he followed up with pm to gandalf, i just worried dont want this to get swept up under the rug with recent deletions. thanks for all ur help
