None of what u said makes n e sense.. I now feel slightly dumber for having read that moronic post.. ur a degenerate.. when I first encountered u... u said.. "ahh outlaw.. hey guys should we kill it".. I replied yea pls kill it..then u attacked me thinking everyone else would follow.. so I killed u.. then when u made it all the way back to archer map.. u then proceeded to make friends with the highest level mage in the map.. by the name archaic.. telling him that I was trying to kill u.. trying to coax him into killing me.. which he almost did kill me.. he was levl 109 and I was lvl 56.. so that being said.. u attcked me for no reason other than I am simply an outlaw.. after I killed u.. u got all butthurt about it.. and knowing u couldn't kill me urself.. u sought out to get sumone else to doit.. finally a mage by the name lobo actually killed me.. and u happened to be there to witness it.. u then proceeded to follow me around casting slow spell and spamming up chat logs with.. "haha u died lobo killed u".. I may have a potty mouth and I may have killed a few people(which is part of playing an rpg).. but I have never ever obnoxiously annoyed anybody by gloating about them dieing or me killing them.. or blocking them in city while they or trying to play.. I've never actually even tried to prevent anybody from playing the game period..

This is not favoritism. You've worked hard and you've earned an opinion about you. It's only your fault. Wise up, finally. Stop complaining, apologize nicely Mods, stop cursing, promise to improve your behavior, change the nickname and just enjoy the game. A few simple steps. Pointing a finger at someone else is childish. "He did the same, he did the same!" Like in the sandbox. Shame on you. If someone is doing something that does not mean that you also have a right to. So again stop acting like a child and stop making troubles! PLEASE!

like mornarq said. if his mods were doing anything wrong he would inform them so. the evidence clearly stands against you king, this is why none of the mods have been told by mornarq that there actions were in anyway nonprofessional and justified.

and as for jaya tci swearing this was investigated but there is a communication barrier as this players language is Indonesian from what i recall. if not an area with a similar language. if a screen shot could be captured showing this player swearing unprovoked then action can be taken against him. since he was warned already (even though he denied swearing) fellow mods will agree that this would result in a mute.

Psycho and Cosquer9_2 definitely spoiled my pleasure to play this game.
Taunts, insults, blocks, attacks and even threathening of retailation in real life.

Oh the language game.. I know of this game from working with mexicans in a construction trade for the last 10 years.. he speaks english very well.. but prolly pretends not to understand when u mods talk to him.. playing dumb basically.. and I can't take screenshots on my phone.. I so wish I could tho.. so I won't be able to provide visual proof dirty words or people harassing me.. but hey I'm jus the rebelous outlaw.. I prolly deserve everything I get from players and mods.. ima "bad apple".. I should prolly be banned asap.. before I ruin the whole game and make people not wanna play anymore cuz I'm such a huge problem with my lvl 73 muted outlaw mage... am i right?!.. or am I right?!..

i would like to clarify this. and respond to something another player said. i teleported to 3.1.150.150 and witness a fight between psyko and fah, i selected both players and cast only a few times. this broke up the fight as it was intended to do so. as for stealing your kills fah, this stuff has been long discussed, however i did kill the yellow archers around me when i spawned, none of these were on red so you were not close to getting the drop, if that even was the point of you killing them.

as for what visart said about mods being unbeatable, i personally feel any player above 60 is unbeatable, especially if it is a mage and they are not using there wands (ie so there health regens)

I'll explain what I mean. Mod should not interfere with the struggle of others and should not attack any casual player, including the outlaws. With the exceptions I mentioned. Mod has advantages that are not toys. Of course, I've never seen that any of the mods used his undoubted advantage against a casual player. For me everything is OK

As for stealing mobs, or exp, there's no such thing. How can it be stealing if there is no property? The behavior of many mages is nasty. Come and selfishly cleanse the area with mobs. It is annoying but nothing can help it. It was discussed in other topic "courtesy of mages" (http://forgotten-tales.boardonly.com/t5 ... y-of-mages). There is a lack of teamwork. To all the mages who do it: If you kill mobs make sure to get them respawned. Do not disturb others but try to join them, and work a little on your exp. I was killing mobs with my friend IXA who is a mage. That was fantastic teamwork. We had got exp and a lot of fun. Think of it mages!

I allow Moderators to interfere if needed, based on their judgements. If you have accusations of Mod abuse, please give detailed accounts and accusation. However, most of what Ive seen called "Mod Abuse" was actually acceptable. However, some do mistakes, and I do correct them if they do.

You must know that they only use powers for Duty, and that Im the only Full-Time here, being the Game Administrator. If Im logged on, I work. But its possible they are grinding.

However, like cops, even when off duty, they are on duty, which is why its possible that there might be confusion. As I said, take Moderator accusations seriously, and if you are certain, THEN tell me about it.

When Creator gets back (and me more active with internet fixed at home) I will answer many issues.

One of them will be the power to change an offensive username
Kicks for my Moderators and Bans for me.
A report system with a trust system. Players can become "Watchmen" by filing reports that are confirmed legitimate by Mods or me, earning trust points, so Mods can have a network of trusty Players, "Watchmen"

For such a new player trying to activily get a long term player KING lvl 72 banned. That's rediculous. How many kills have you obtained off him tanking, off him taking hits for you. He could have killed you without doing it outlaw by simply blinking and leaving all those guys to kill you. But since he was outlaw he just did it himself.

I really hope the mods take a step back and think about what they are doing. It's guys like king who stay in the game and continue to play that will keep it popular. These people who show up play for a week and never play again getting long term members banned is just wrong.

I am not saying King doesn't need an attitude adjustment, but asking for perma ban for this stuff that is made into the game, for profanity that is not blocked. And where rules are not listed within the game asking for this.

I would be really disappointed if he were banned over this. I have watched it happen now for days, groups of people go after him and he is literally helping everyone until they start attacking him. And then they get upset when he attacks back and kills them. That's self defense in every book I know. But because of his potty mouth, he's been labled outlaw and unable to get away from these people. Blocking entrance to castle, to stores. Who needs to be banned. I would personally think it's the ones dilberitly giving King a hard time, just because he has an outlaw tag. Which should be removed once name change is in affect, and only mute should stand if mod chooses to do so.

Also as far as the I was on 4, and helping a lower level die got me 5. That is dumb, why not have him attack first, then it's defense and you dont get tagged with outlaw. Makes me think you know the system and are trying to use it to lie to force ban somebody. Grow up.

there are more reasons for it, if it did happen. You only know of this. I've been playing long before he ever showed up and I've seen him since he was about 13 or so.
