Switching map and get disconnected

Hi why when I switch to other map I always get disconnected? even using data connection or wifi? is it bug or connection problem? even when i opening my bag i get disconnect. please fix gm

Does this happen to all of your accounts?

It looks like this is a problem of your device, so please try to uninstall the app, clear the cache, and reinstall the newest game client.

yes all of my3 acc's always encounter this even my friend. I already try to uninstall my app and install it again even formatting my phone didnt work

Your friend has the same problem on his own device?

yup we are from philippines we have stable connection at home I get always disconnect when I switch to other map. but my friend sometimes he encounter this we dont know whats the problem. I try to log to my other online game(TWOM) and try to switch other map and I didnt disconnected

I also have this issue, but not always, only happens once in awhile.

You should try it from another device.

I have seen no issues from my device.
