Low on Gold? FTSS is now HIRING HELP.

We have Created a new system if you need gold work for us!

You will be paid every week on Saturday based on how much workload you have. As you get more workload you get more pay.
OPTION #1

G=(CW-PW*((L*10)+10000+A))

G= Gold You get Paid each week(Every 250 workload you get you make 2.5m gold at lvl 50)

CW= Current Workload
PW= Past Workload
L= Current level
A= Activity level, so if you mine or chop it still counts as an extra boost(Clan leaders will survey this)



OPTION #2

You become an indentured servant, we set a workload minimum, you reach it you get gear.

Example, We make an agreement, You get 5000 workload and receive a lvl 500 plate as payment after you reach your goal.


Rules:
1.Must Obey All clan leaders instructions
2.Clan leader reserves right to not pay if:
A. Player is mean to other players
B. Player steals Materials from tower
C. Player disobeys Clan Leader
D. Fighting anther player unless doing a testing PvP
3. Clan leader only one who can make the Agreement in OPTION #2
4. Dont beg for money, ALL players will receive pay every week, if your inactive and get 0 workload, you make 0 gold
5. If you dont get workload your kicked
6. All players will be accepted, NO FIGHTING AT ALL ALLOWED
7. All workloads will be calculated on excel and stored on Excel




How to Join FTSS:

1. PM me or say in post or Ingame ( I hang out in ADIK base at top right clan map(not new one))
2. I will make sure you are trustworthy
3. I will invite you to FTSS
4. You will be given a pick axe, axe, and hammer
5. BUILD!!
6. Get paid
7. Repeat to step 5!


Why are we doing this? We are creating jobs for new players in FT! To make them grow but to also set a game record, on having the highest level tower built.

My clan (SR) is doing the exact same thing. 10m gold for 100 workload. But I give most gear free to the clan if they have good workloads. Though expensive gear, I may trade against payment like you stated. I pay any time they ask though. Why pay only on Saturday? What if you miss each other that day? Do you pay them on Sunday? Is this system working out for you?

Yes this system works for me, but i do give out free gear to when i see hard workers. I pay them anytime they need to too, but saturday is most convient for everyone since they are usually on.
