Re: pet killer!
The only thing I see is a spawn and pvp. Your pets get killed while there's spawn where you grind, it's probably just a little overspawn on your end or maybe KLASYK was just wanting that grind spot and walked in (Some spawn points seem more sensitive than others) to kill you (You stated that you're outlaw). Unless the spawn was dragged toward you I don't think anything can really be said about the player being a "pet killer".
Correct me if I'm wrong, though.

Re: pet killer!
Normally once my opinion has already been said there's no need to hammer the point in, but in this case I just wanna get a little deeper into it just because it's a very sensitive topic to me as I'm sure it's known, but I feel my stance might be a bit unclear.
It's always a player's responsibility to be aware of their surroundings. That includes the minimap, in which you can see another player coming with spawn way before they get to you. If you see this happening the best thing to do is just log or leave if you don't want to risk your pets.
Players walk everywhere in the game, unintentionally bringing spawn that can be easily seen as spawn or pet killing to someone that happens to look back down and see a player with a bunch of spawn heading right towards you, worst case you already being surrounded.
Movement in this game isn't fast enough to where you can't see it coming, if you looked or stepped away for just a few moments and it happened, I get that. I've had it happen.
I've lost MANY pets because of it, I've watched it happen to friends right in front of me as well and it's not fun whatsoever.
The best thing you can do is just keep an eye out. If you can't handle a swarm coming your way then don't try it and get mad when your pets die. Either log out or leave that spawn and let the player that brought them there deal with it.
That might not be considered the correct course of action by some, especially when it's just a player trying to do a quest and they accidentally over spawned not knowing where the spawn line is. However when it comes to choosing my real money vs someone's pixels, I'm logging every time. They're not going to get replaced, and there's no real way to prove it with just screenshots.
There is nothing that forces anyone to go or take their pets anywhere at anytime. Everything is optional and there are always alternatives.
Even when it's a lower level player wanting you to tank to give him fast xp, and you don't want to yet he still insists on doing it. Just leave. Literally just dealt with this as I'm typing (main reason I'm posting atm)
Buy anyways, if you don't want to log simply use the /wait command to unpark the pets, walk back and forth a few steps to get them out and moving.
If they're trapped by spawn, log. If they get out, perfect. Keep walking til you get to another spawn to set up. If that player follows you, THEN take action. Note/screenshot the first location with the player (if you can, protect your pets first) and if at the new location the player does it again then maybe it can be seen as intentional.
I can't guarantee anything will happen, obviously pets still won't be replaced so always make sure they're safe. All you can do is keep trying until there is enough "evidence" from different players against the one to where it's conclusive that the player is obviously just grieving other players.

Re: pet killer!
I posted this in another thread, but I can't help thinking these situations are in fact the same one.
That screenshot proves nothing.
It does not show who made the spawn, or anything of faults.
I could walk into an area, carefully bring spawn with me, and park behind you, take a pic, and achieve the same result.
Don't tell me players would never do that - I get false/fake reports all the time.
As for the screenshot posted here, it's already noted by players above.MadMikael wrote:Let's talk about a hypothetical situation.cotne7 wrote:DaHobbit is really good as GM ,he is really doing alot for FT and I appreciate it..but I think sometimes he is very strict.
Player A abuses some rules against Player B.
Player B may try to get a GM, but can't get one in time - this happens.
So, Player B gets angry and starts abusing rules against Player A.
Now maybe, Player A is the bad type, and is setting up Player B.
Player A makes a video.
The video clearly shows what Player B is doing in this instance; it goes well beyond screenshots which never prove anything, even chat.
Player A sends the video to the GMs, who are reluctant because they know its quite possible Player A started it.
But, they cannot dispute that in the video Player B is clearly violating rules.
So, Player B is punished, where Player A isn't.
Its a sad world, but it happens in real life all the time.
Just remember: two wrongs don't make a right.

Great point Mikael. I was way too fast to judge. Didn't consider this scenario at all.MadMikael wrote:I posted this NooCube review in another thread, but I can't help thinking these situations are in fact the same one.
