Have some one know which keys this door need and how can get it？

When stating such a request, it could be of help to include the map number.

That's the new house on the northwest part os Ashdown.

I honestly haven't been back yet after the update. I think Ryaca's comment and no forum activity to the contrary suggests nothing much to do there yet.
