Your saying its android 2.1 ... perhaps android 2.1 is too old to run ft now. Update your android OS. Then try again.

maybe, your phone has a very old OS?
you could check other markets like amazon or slideMe

Its a really old OS. 2.1. What are we on now? Like 5.0? S6 is on 6.0 marshmellow or something?
