Ah I see where the confusion is.
You can't actually get in that room.
When you click the door with the key, you get the slow spell as a drop, and you get a notification.
Something like "you looted the chest".
You never actually go in that room.
It's "implied", and the chest always shows as closed.

Thank you, but I did not understand why I would never get in that door? Notifications do not appear when I click on the door.
What had to be done to get into this room?

Actually I believe it drops the armor spell (if it's still in game)
