I just enable this kind of thing in Developer Options.

Go to Settings>About Phone>Software Info
Click on "Build Number" until it says "You are now a developer."
Now a new option is in your settings menu called Developer Options.
WARNING Altering anything you don't understand can BRICK YOUR DEVICES
Scroll down to this option and enable.

Ill give a try with this app but i doubt that it will change anything since my rom is really tweaked/messed to reduce battery drain, even underclocked
