So, I enter castle on Devil Island. I found 2 devils in side rooms, but neither will speak with me. I found a room with inactive circle portals (green, blue). and, previously I found a portal that took me out of the castle and back to Start (so I know not to take that one). I also see the 3 chests at the top of the map, unobtainable by the cage! If I go upstairs, the only NPC I find that will speak with me is the one looking to extend a message to his son (I completed this quest already). Another NPC says that I need a higher level (I'm level 727).
So, is my issue that I'm not a high enough level? Do I need someone to help with the levers on 2nd floor, avoiding green devils long enough to reach one of those blue portals?
If you mention about "defeat the Bal quest" , you don't need so high lvl. You miss an important information from another humanNPC.

Killing Bal Muen is the quest that "breaks the magic", and leads to the quest "find a way to defeat Sebastius", which isn't completed. Still, there is much to do, and lots of fun to be had along the way.

who's right? What am I missing? I'm now level 731 or 732. Thanks!
