That map and all new related contents have been tested and checked more than twice.
Not to mention the fact that the author is a very precise and accurate person.
It's not my place to spoil how the portal works - I'm just telling you all: don't give up, you can reason it out

Yes kromelg I tested that portat and tp to silverwood city but this one dont work
