Reading Blitz answer and many comments, i think we are developing a good improvement

The weapon could be a new craftable item, using normal crafting method; crafting available in houses, clan , blacksmith.

example :
item name : MY_SWORD
materials : 10 iron ingots, 10 mithril ingots , 10 diamonds, 10 mana pots
crafting % : depends on player level and crafting skill (find an algorithm should not be difficult)
starting stats : depends on player basic stats
level : no level , but can be improved +1 +2

it can be used as any other weapon already available, the stats of the item increases using it

it s a brainstorming, ok? i am not an expert in game design, just a fan of fantasy stuff :D , i believe in this idea
Sword dislike sieging - hungrywolf
Dwarf dislike mining - tarvos
Archer dislike crafting - matcauthon
Ogre dislike fishing - heimdall
Mage dislike magic - ogonbat

The real problem with the idea is that it requires a significant shift in game mechanics.
