In short, no. Any new 2k items present are most likely the result of recent bug abuse. 2k items
were fishable at one time, but no longer.

I guess you got to do what you can to get items for the game you play if the game itself isn't going to provide them

I get most of my 2k items from pvp drops. No shortage of arrogant players who get in fights they cannot win. Lol

Except for so called PVP masters like the dude above, there are no options to aquire these items by any questing means which seems damn odd to me in a game of this type.

ROFL. A PvP master? I'm not even close. I do know how to Fire Arrow and bait to a tower tho. Add a stunner, and voila! Arrogant player drops gear.

I'm surprised there are so many 2k players falling for such a simple ploy. Maybe some slight exaggeration on your part
You have it sounding like they are just lining up to drop there gear in your lap
Where is your assembly line located anyways. And there is also the 30% hurdle as well.
