Thank you and honestly glad to be here!! I am really looking forward to some in depth feedback from someone, so I will await your post eagerly. Put a lot of thought into the concept so having a lot of thought applied in a reply is very welcomed and appreciated. Maybe together, and with others, we could work out a concept that better suits the FT community as a whole and provides growth to the game.

After reading this posted topic again i do like the non pvp map city idea

One thing i am completely against is clan maps being touched at all

I have spent days and weeks and months building our base to the greatness that it has become

I like the current way and things new clans are required to go thru to build on a map

I like that while new clans try to build stronger clans smash them into oblivion If they do choose to do so

This requires clans to either friend a stronger clan or do favors or even give gear or have to pay a ransom if they wish to build in a certain area

This makes clan politics VERY interesting as I've seen some very good clan drama and in-fighting result from this not to mention clans turning on each other

I've seen players do despicable things to establish a clan base

I love clan drama and i don't want to see that change at all

I love that certain maps have powerhouse clans that make it next to impossible for some to even try to build on said map

I love mud slinging and betrayal and deceit and lies on clan maps as it makes the clan aspect of the game very interesting

This is why i have suggested and still do suggest that clan allies should be able to attack each other as it would make the game so much more interesting as clan Dukes would struggle to keep their clan members in line

In my opinion it is very stupid that allies cannot attack each other

Way to really cripple a very important part of clan politics and completely take the realism out of clan communities by not allowing players to stab another clans player in the back right when they're least expecting it

Again please let me restate that that aspect of clans is retarded and i still shake my head that the developer made the game that way

I LOVE LIES TREACHERY AND DECEIT IN A CLAN ATMOSPHERE

in closing i do like some of the ideas but am very protective against ANY altering of the things clans have to do to establish a base and survive

I love seeing players have to sell their soul to accomplish and fulfill their dream of establishing a powerful base and survive the very dirty clan politics that i love so much and hold so dear

I raise my flask to the very low and disgusting things that clans do to stay alive and continue to breathe

So in consideration of your insight of the clan field of battle and politics, do you think that clan battles would be a good way to determine king or queen? Do you think that their should be any benefit to the ruling clan? Even in consideration of what you have said this could aggressively change the dynamic of clan wars for the better, to your liking, as getting to the top can be a dirty road. Dropping an alliance or shifting an alliance at a key moment to secure your foothold as the kingdom owner!!

A stand alone non-pvp kingdom that is community built is not a bad idea in and of itself, but kingdoms are fought for throughout history. No kingdom was ever established without at least one blood soaked field. Even if your play style is more rugged and dirty, or if it is more of a barter and grind politic, you have many new directions to take the growth of your clan at that point.

I definitely see the challenge of map resets. I was waiting for this topic to be brought up. Simply because many players have vested A LOT of time and interest into what they have and where they stand currently. Maybe instead of wiping current clan maps a kingdom wars map can be established to fight for ownership of the kingdom. This map being newly generated can be created with full intention of people knowing it will be wiped. The perks for your clan remain the same if you hold the crown, but your previous work would not be decimated.

Be warned though!! The crown jewels are sought after by everyone, as they should be, but sometimes it is not the only treasure to be won. For you deceptive and dirty crooks, while wars are fought in kingdom land, vulnerabilities may be exposed in your own kingdom. This would leave you susceptible to attack at your own front door while you plan to fight a war on 2 fronts. THIS really does maintain a good pvp value and adds incredible strategy to the game. Who wants the crown bad enough? The gains are worth it, but what will you lose to get it!

I like where that thought process is headed, lol.
