I've fished 50,000 fish since 2k items were removed and I've never reeled in any items above 300lvl and that, has been very, very, very, rare! So in conclusion, items greater than 300lvl are NOT available from fishing and certainly 400lvl or 500lvl items aren't. And you can take that to the bank
