Everyone has the right to defend themselve, but in this case someone made a mistake and we have say it out loud and not sweep it under the carpet. If one day I can change everything according to the rules, and the other I cant do anything, it's probably someone who made a mistake. We spent hundreds of hours building a base that is now useless...
I think we should knows some answer, maybe some small apologies.

My attention was not to agree or disagree about the change, but I think its good that opinions was said here.
I'm sorry if I made people upset in this thread ,but
I think I was very clear on what I was reacting on.
Saying that a person " Don't care" was a bit harsh IMO

Look at map and think...why did you suppose that there will be no map below 4.2? This was obvious from beggining that in the future the map below will be added. It was even shown in mini map! What else should be there? The black hole?

We exspected a map but the build radius changed without notice some had open areas which can no longer be filled. It would of been nice to communicate be for the radius change took affect.

I didn't change anything in the game code. The build radius depends on surrounding maps so after uploading map 4.1 you noticed the change.
