Time is irrelevant. There is no wheel. It is we who are the circle.

I've heard of the series, never read it. I didn't spot the reference straight away…
Just thought I'd reply with a koan.

It is a 14 book fantasy series of epic proportions
Don't read them if you don't like reading books that are 1,000 pages
Best book series i have ever read and is built off of ideas and inspiration from Lord of the rings but is still very original and created its own magic system
There are like 50 main characters so a lot to keep track of

before i emigrated to thailand i had 700+ fantasy novels.
red tolkien at 17 and got hooked. unforunately shipping them here was too expensive (huge taxes) so had to sell them.
only kept autographed ones.
english books are almost impossible to get here and again very expensive, but luckily lots are now in ebook format.
i still managed to get a physical fantasy library of around 200titles by stuffing suitcases full when going here on holiday before i emigrated. (build a house here 11years before moving here)
some favorites:raymond feist, terry brooks, mercedes lackey, tracy hickman and margareth weis, katherine kerr.
also love the humor fanasy of terry pratchet, robert asprin, pierce anthony.
