hmm, maybe there is a definition problem here.I have been told by many pvp ers that certain skins are 'faster' than others.
That may not be caused by lag, maybe different time needed because of more complex animation or something.
as i said its 3rd party information since my connection is too slow to check these things even if i had another skin.

Still waiting for an answer on WHY A SPECIAL REWARD FOR SPECIAL SERVICES IS BEING GIVEN TO THOSE WHO REPEATEFLY BREAK THE RULES AND ILLEGALLY GAIN ADVANTAGES AT THE COST OF OTHER PLAYERS..
This has actually been answered several times.
The fact is - the system as is isn't perfect.
It is under review - as stated.

It is a known fact that there are some with skins who probably shouldn't have them. It is also a known fact that some who aren't getting them probably could be reconsidered.
This is precisely why I've voiced several times (both privately and publicly) a reason why ALL special skins should be removed.
Once a new system is put into place, my opinion is that all could potentially get a clean slate - but the worst offenders may not - and we could start over.

A well known fact is, the admins are busy with a much larger case of abuse. This is having a detrimental effect on everyone, especially good players. I've been trying to take care of other issues as I can, but I can only do so much.

GMs are not ignoring the issue - it's just not top priority - I don't care how much you value skins, they're vanity items and ARE NOT NEEDED TO PLAY THE GAME. It is under discussion. I just wrote another suggestion in the private area this morning for those in charge to consider. It all sums up to this - there is NO EASY SOLUTION to this problem. No matter what choice is made, some will be angry.

I'd also like to address your minichat comments about the request thread being locked.
It's clear that an admin warned not to post off topic comments there, and clear that it was not heeded by a few.
The admin in question was already busy with other things, and to have to search through multiple posts to find legitimate requests only added to that time. I've said time and again - bad apples spoil the bunch. It's the reason we have rules, and in real life, have laws.

Then on top of that, on the topic of skins, whenever someone gets denied they always point at others and say "but they got one! if they got one, I should too!"... Many players do this, and it is simply petty and childish. Again, I say we remove all special skins until this matter is addressed.

I understand that you are angry, and many others are as well.
Sure, take the easy route, and blame the staff. Make all the grandiose claims you like, and try and get as many players as you like to listen. It's rather common. But the truth still remains that there are those out there that are ruining every good thing we have (and had) going in this game. If you've been around long enough, you'd know some of the nice features we used to have but no longer offer.

Oh, and P.S. Email registration did NOT end the issue with stolen accounts. They still happen regularly, just less regularly. The same goes for scammers. The trade system was changed - purchases became items, spam selling is gone... but they still happen.

If you have some magic idea that fixes everything, you could try posting that, instead of venting a lot on the forum and minichat.

I'd just like to point out one simple thing as well here --- this is EXACTLY the best possible way to go about putting an end to the issuance of special skins. They are not important, they have literally no bearing on the game whatsoever... they are purely, 100% just something the GMs offer as a way of trying to make us players happy. When we cry about how long it takes, or who gets one, or other petty things like this; or even worse, we start making ridiculous, childish claims about discrimination or favoritism or some other such nonsense, we are presenting the GMs with no good way to proceed aside from dropping the idea altogether. This is not something that the game needs, it's not something that provides any benefit to the game or the developer, it's simply for our own enjoyment. When it starts to have a detrimental effect on the community, there is no "upside" to balance it out, and should be ended. I personally hope that they still have some patience about it, because I like my skin, but don't be surprised if they just end the altogether in response to our being a bunch of ungrateful, impatient crybabies. If they do, we've got nobody to blame but ourselves.

I'll join the ovation.

I know I haven't been around the FT block as often as some others, and I'm not Santa where I know who's been naughty and nice, but I have kids and understand how those arguments go. Is there some sort of private submission option? Not a PM, but like a "GM message" or something?

@blitzcraig well i appreciate your post. But why end the special skins because of some people who are creating nuisance? Instead why not ban those people from forum. Why lock the special skin request thread because of some people's off topic posts in that thread? Instead ban those people who have repeatedly posted off topic on that thread? Why all hard working people should suffer because of others who create trouble?
Within 5 years of Game many people have been issued special skin. Earlier even shared/traded accounts or accounts which have been in jail have also received skins. Now ok they have made certain criteria as to who will be issued special skin. That's good. So just give the skins to those who deserve.why lock the thread altogether?
One more thing i would like to add is as we have known "special skins are given who have done some special achievement as a mark of appreciation " . They are like a badge of honour. So they should not be permanent for a player. If a player fulfills the criteria of special skin then give him the special skin. But as soon as the player breaks some rule like starts sharing account or starts abusing others or abuses bug or breaks any rule in any manner , his special skin must be removed. This will prevent many players from breaking rules.

Well, no one else thinks a special skin reward.Exception those who create content skins, maps and other(they tried to do something for the game should receive compensation in any case).

As I wrote in one of my other posts is no point in arguing in this thread. If literally the whole community does not like everything that is happening now with a special skin.

Special skin will no longer be a reward for high-level players. But now it can be bought. This donation mechanics will be very similar to the mechanics of pets.

A special skin should have a code in which it can be obtained at 1500 level and activating it you have a choice of all the skins that are in the game(Except exceptions without the animation hitting the ball and other NPCs)
And within a week this purchased item does not disappear and the owner can use it a second time if suddenly he does not like his skin.

And every 500 levels after 1500 you can also buy special skin and because it will be bought its price should be from 3$ to 5 $ (Especially it will be one of the most bought things so I think that the price should not exceed $ 5 so that all players had the opportunity to buy special skin for the sake of what they played for a long time). So that everyone could afford this bonus for which he received the long-awaited 1500 levels and even he will have to pay for this.

And it's enough to make such a tragedy from special skins, or you stop whining about the fact that everything is bad and the output of skins continues to be as it is (free) or we continue to talk as everything is bad and get special skin on a paid basis so GM and FT players do not arise no problem.

Yeak maybe plausible.
I remember few years back when usual skins were also given by GMs at lvl 60. After that that thread was also locked and skins were made buyable from that time.
