The house and bank extend storage item you can buy and activate as many times you want.

About stat reset: It only works 1 time PER ITEM. You can purchase and use as many as you like, I'm sure.

Ohh .. then i gotta think before purchasing.if we need to purchase again and again stats reset then i think that's not worth it. I was thinking like a stats reset icon would come in backpack and we can reset any number of times where ever we like..

The key point here is: Convenience
If you are on the other side of the FT World, you can use it without having to walk to Map 0.0 and back again if all of a sudden you realize you need to/forgot to reset your stats, you can.
Or all of a sudden you are attacked by much stronger monsters as you cross a map line, check it's DEX, walk off map, change, go back and KILL, KILL, KILL!

Kinda like how some people will pay 10m for an "unknown key" because they are at the entrance to the Mithril mine and don't want to walk all the way to the Outlaw waggon and back to get one. Hey for 8m profit I’ll gladly do the walking for you. In fact the first one was only 6m profit, I bought 2, since I sold mine,and sold my spare a few times as well. Don't bother making a dedicated trip back right away but rather someday in passing I pick up a spare or when I have little to do ...

Convenience is the key word.
One other thing - you do not lose xp when using the purchased stat reset item.
So, if you're a good ways through your level, and want to reset stats, you no longer have to face that choice - should I grind out this level? or should I give up this xp I have already?

I could also see this item wanting to be used on clan maps possibly.

However, keep in mind - when you reset your stats, your stats basically go to level 0, until you set them. Your hp is really low - so be very cautious when using this item, or you may die and lose some xp anyway. In PvP, this would make you a very easy target too - where you could drop gear as well. So just be smart about when/where you choose to use this stat reset item.

Overall i would like to give a big thanks for the recent updates. It had changes which many players wanted since so long.
