i asume that these houses woyld be for crafting since you could store items in bank and tavern.
maybe an alternative would be to have a commercial crafter npc somewhere whereyou pay gold to attempt crafting lv100+ or higher. like the blacksmith, but taking gold each attempt.
off course theres,still the possibility of clanning to craft.

Yea good idea. Commercial crafter npc. Yea these for craft i suggest. And maybe store 2 pets.
