yeah thats what i thought.
but when i brought the jade pendant nothing happened
And now its gone lol.

I am there now with my mage... Lvl 440... I had jade pendant in my inventory... Wanted to insert it into that altar... Couldn't... Pendant still was in my inventory and the altar was saying still the same..... Help please someone.

Seemed like I had a similar problem. Make sure you talk to NPC's there and you have both jade ring and jade amulet in inventory. Something triggers the altars accepting items.

I think talking to npcs is the right idea. I seem to recall something about checking the middle door and seeing it is locked. Make sure you have quests from the npcs on lower floors, especially the one who will "give" you the key.
