Instead of week out of game, you are forced to dig stones for thee days, by your hands. The perfect penalty for afk gaming.

Yup, set at 0 and stays at 0 throughout your term.

Also: If you are a Dwarf/Freya you get your 1.5 affinity back upon leaving jail and your characters proper EXP for mining. For example mine would go back to being 1 (currently at 10*).

All in jail are equal.

I would imagine the coding would be simple enough.
