You may want to check with your card provider to see if it is supported on their end, or if it was declined by the card what the reason was. There are a number of possibilities on that end as well.
I alrwdy uses the card to buy ingame currency in an online mmorpg.
You may want to double check with your card company still. It could be an issue on the card side, even if you've used the card for similar purchases before.

It says that it supports online payments. Mayve online payments does not include in-app purchased? Well....i cant add it as a paying method to my google account through my wev browser.

Maybe its Google online in-game payments that are blocked, in-game payments use a different method to regular Google Pay.
