I think the quests has been reset, and there are still a lot left unanswered.

Are you saying you have tried all of these with the necessary items? Additional information is needed still about what the problems are for each.
Like have you gotten the necessary keys from ogre halflings in West Cave to open chests for the missing part and wooden ring? Are they in the chests? What did you do?
Did you have a +3 mithril pickaxe when you tried to clear the rubble in Hobbs Gold Mine?
Same thing with the others. I'm not a GM, but you really need to provide information on what all you've done to try and accomplish these.
It looks like you probably have some prerequisite quests too, so you need to complete some to get to the others.

You've misunderstood. I've already done these quests. Some of them can't talk anymore. Some of them don't have important props for the quests.As you said, I've taken the missing part of the West Cave ogre and the wooden ring, and I have a + 3 pickaxe on me, and I've been able to get into the cave.I don't know why they appear again.

Exactly the same happened to me. You need to contact a GM and not use your character until this is fixed. In my case, the GM reset my character to a few hours earlier and so any progress I would have made would have disappeared.
