Then we go back to an old idea: sell to the shop or a npc.

You sell to the shop/npc and the buyer buys from them. Not great, as others may try and jump in and buy your item.

What we need is a failsafe to stop the scamming.

To be honest, I would even go for sales only occur after the 10.13 update if it helped.

Of course, this should all be entirely optional. If I'm trading with alts or trusted friends then the current system works perfectly well.

Lol. Was a reference to difficulty in killing a hydra, as chopping off one head resulted in 2 growing back in its place, similar to our scammer issue...

On a side note, a wingless dragon monster that spawns 2 more when killed would make an AWESOME boss monster. Would be interesting coding required, but still...
