entered in login window " appletest" with space before name. So I uploaded new version again
(with fix for removing spaces at beginning and end to be sure that they will not reject again) and after long time they finally accepted it.

I was asking you for emails but it seems that the above link should be sufficient to install beta version.
It took so long because:
