Forgotten Tales

The switch from portrait/landscape basically resets screen. It clears most active "boxes" but will completely mess you up if in bags/storage.lol

i dont think it stays there 30 seconds.
i sometimes miss it because im in chat and keyboard covers the screen.
i type slow, with mistakes but i dont think its 30 seconds slow lol.


i dont think this is a huge problem btw since gm will manualky check whats going on.

If you are looking in your backpack or sending a pm (in other words, not looking at the main gameplay screen), the 'are you there?' message appears on top as a priority.

I'm not sure about 30 seconds as I don't wait that long.

Just yesterday I was grinding and chatting with a friend. I opened the map and when I had it open the afk check came up. The check was on top of the map, but when I tried to tap the X it just kept toggling the map view. I tried to use the "back" button on my phone and everything went back to the gameplay screen. I wasn't sure if I had properly exited the check so I was going to walk to the right spot (for pet placement) and log, but before I could do that I was automatically logged.

I haven't had issues with the afk check on top of me chatting, in backpack, and in house storage (hasn't happened to me during a trade), but that time it was a problem.

It is like this

The box is too big for a simple "AFK_CHECK" message.

it does not appear over my on screen keyboard. i see it only when i leave.

Mine wont show over my keyboard

The keyboard is a separate app on your phone, and FT does not have "display over other apps" or "draw over other apps" type permissions. That is why the keyboard can obstruct it.

Anyone remember their first "Are you there message?" I do I was sitting at home when a mysterious PM appeared that I had not opened. First I looked for the name and I found no sender....Then I saw a message.... "Are you There"....That definitely worried me...I just stared at this message with a question mark ? and saw there was only one option to hit....yes....So i hit it and it went away.... How weird!
