The enchanted ring will come in handy when you do quests under king's garden at level 300 plus. And yes everything gets more and more expensive!

I've never completed that quest because of the huge 750m price tag. I seem to remember at one time, that was the only way you could get that ring. Nowadays, they are a drop from pterys (I think).
But...as Gull says...it will come in useful soon enough.

If u pay. U get ring mage 350 & 1 lvl Up.

Of course, someone could always make a new quest where this is a prerequisite.
