He killed me many times, every time when there are many mobs around me. he and I are all mages. It's easy for me to kill him, and it's easy for him to kill me, but every time he attacks me when I'm leveling up, I'm surrounded by monsters, and most of the time I'm in a bloody state.
When a mage and a mage PVP, the player who attacks first has an advantage, because the player who is attacked needs to choose him first, and then attack him. Before choosing him, the healing skill will be weakened by him. And after you choose him, you're going to die.

Also, another person named BaCbOk is a bad guy too.

All I've seen from him is telling all acc to buy 1k things no matter what level they are, saying"you noob" when he first sees a new acc and killing without any reason

This is a pvp game. It is not against the rules for players to attack other players.

I understand that some players do not like this but it is the way it is.

The outlaw mechanic is there for a reason.

If I did not drop my equipment, I have no problem with it. But I put on expensive equipment for leveling. He put on garbage equipment (equipment bought from the store) for killing. He put on garbage to kill people everywhere, and then he picked up the good equipment dropped by them. What we got when we killed him was garbage equipment.
If I go pvp, I will also wear a piece of garbage equipment. If I can kill them, I will earn money. It doesn't matter whether I can kill or not. It doesn't matter if I am killed by them, because I have nothing to lost.
One day, I may do so. I hope the rules will be the same then.

That is totally fine as far as putting on low level gear. If you are in a clan or active in PvP that might be a good idea to do so.
