True but the thing is players get outlaw and then just play on another acc for a week, they don't feel any consequences, and that is the reason of outlaw, to feel the consequences.

I revived an old outlaw thread once with harsh proposals for outlaws. Some players complained because they thought the punishment was too much...
Being an outlaw means you are supposed to be punished.

I think outlaw instead of being for a week, it should be hours you must play.
Lets say players play around 3 hours a day: 7×3=21.
So players should play 21 hours in the outlaw account in order to get outlaw removed
This will really make people think twice in my opinion.
And also 100% gear drop
